From beginning to end, Lance at Chesaco RV (Joppa) was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and always available to answer our questions. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Every phone call, text, and email was clear, complete and concise. My wife and I were interested in a specific 5th wheel Toy Hauler. Chesaco RV in Joppa, Md., and another dealer out of state, had the one we wanted. Over the course of the past month we engaged in the negotiations with both dealers. We did not share with each dealer that we were speaking with the other. Chesaco very clearly wanted our business because they were very attentive to all our questions and concerns. I would like to let everyone know how Chesaco RV in Joppa runs their business. About a month ago, I went to purchase an RV. I worked with Regina - a lovely woman. She is very helpful and kind. I asked to see if I could put the RV on credit. Regina then asked if I would put any cash down. I said, "I supposed I could put $2000 down". She requested my Credit Card (as that is what I said I would use). I asked, "do you not see if I am approved before you run my CC?" "No, I am sorry. This is not how they do it. We run your credit card and then see if you are approved." Because I know I will be approved (based on my 753 credit score), I accepted it and handed over my cc. When I looked at my credit card online, I noticed $2060 was charged. I asked what the $60 was for, Regina did not

Edit: bought this a year ago and the bolt is coming through the main floor. Dropped it off because it’s still under warranty and they charged us $189 for “diagnostics”. Nothing was said to us when we scheduled it to come in. The gentleman I talked to basically said that’s how they have done this for years, however this is my first time buying from them. But here’s the kicker, we get a credit back if it’s under warranty. Wouldn’t it make more sense to change me if it’s not under warranty instead of the other way around. My recommendation is maybe find another location to buy from. We recently bought a 2024 Aspen travel trailer from here. Our sales guy Lance made everything perfect! Brooke had all our paperwork ready when we came back from vacation so we just had to sign and drive. Great
