Within two weeks of finally finding my 2021 Toyota Tundra, I had an unfortunate encounter with a vulture that I thought was going to be a simple repair of a broken plastic grill. However, to my dismay, the broken plastic grill was initially accessed by another body shop to be a $3500.00 repair (parts and body work). I had such a great experience here today. I had a small but unusual paint issue with my car and called to see if they could take a look. They were super polite on the phone, and asked me to swing by same day. Ben helped me out and was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and even tested a few products until he completely removed the buildup I had. It’s not often you come across service like this. I was very happy with the repair results to my car which had been hit on the side passenger door ... they did a great job. Not only was the repair excellent it came back looking like a new car both on the inside and the outside. The people at Chesapeake Auto are all friendly and helpful.
