Chesapeake Car Wash at White Marsh

I usually never leave reviews on anything but felt like doing one This car wash got the job done! Liked having the warm water when its cold as brick outside that helped a lot, cleaned the salt right off my car it would have gotten 5 stars if if wasn't for the big speed bumps there I mean its not like you can really get up to speed anywhere the driveway isnt even that big but for lowered cars like mine its a hasel idk anyone that likes to go over speed bumps but other than that its a good car wash

The good not busy got right in. The bad, it costs me twice as much as the self car wash near my home. The best part was there was no soap when I selected high pressure soap. I won't be going back, will stick to the place near me.

I tried this car wash for the first time today. It was a waste of money and time. I used bay 1 and the bristles brushed used to wash the car is garbage! I washed my car 3 different times and it wasn’t even washing the dirt of the car. You can literally see it in the video attached. I had to throw away the dry clothes afterwards due to the amount of dirt gathered. I complained to the staff on duty (who seemed to have an attitude upon entering her office) and she said, “I don’t know what you want me to do”… 🤦🏿‍♀️ she went on to say, “the bay looks dry”. I’ve been there for a hour and half washing and drying my car before vacuuming. It’s a shame how people treat you after money is spent. Customer service is poor, and the tools are garbage. What a waste of $25 dollars. I will never use this pl

Been going here for some years now gives the best quality car wash and for a reasonable price self serving vacuums as well! Owner gave me a free rinse when I still had a little bit of soap on the car and air dry free of charge!

Good solid place to wash your car and vacuum it. Nice wide area to pull in and out. Well maintained. A manual wash does cost $5, but at least you are not running around trying to beat the clock. It gives you 8min or 9 min. I liked the oldies they were playing. It made it feel friendly. They have automatic LaserWash bays too. Pretty well lit, although there was a skeevy guy yelling on his phone. He was roaming at the vacuums in front of his black, older Challenger. That rattled me a bit. I went at 9:15pm on a Friday. Pretty good overall. Maybe stick to the daytime or twilight if you visit.
