Kristen (Reistertown Location) provided 5 star service! Very professional but friendly! Absolutely recommend anyone to see her. Management not the best. They don’t give you direct answers. Basically forced me to test drive before actually telling me what my payments would be. I was there for hours because of the bad communication between management. I needed a reliable car which is why I stayed (also because Kristen was very easy going! Please go see her.) but do I recommend this place for anyone with decent credit? Maybe not. Go elsewhere.

Outstanding work after I set my appointment and confirmed it Mr walid met me out front of the building escorted me in handed me a water and said we’re going to get this done. I did not believe it but after about a half an hour or less it was complete before I knew it. My vehicle was getting detailed and topped off with gas. I am beyond satisfy with my van. Salesman’s Bryon was very courteous. He updated me often on my purchase progress. I did not feel rush and pressure at all.
