Possibly the best experience I have ever had with an automobile repair shop. I had just purchased an auto in Ft Lauderdale & expected to take it on an 800 mile trip. Unfortunately, I was scammed as to the condition of the car & barely made it to Naples and, thankfully, Courtesy Auto & its general manager, Pavel. I cannot adequately express his level of professionalism & kindness. Not only did he diagnose the problem, but he was understanding of my situation. He gave me a ride to a nice hotel near the airport, took care of my car & helped with making it ready for transport. In addition to all of this, he took valuable papers from the car which I had left, and put them in UPS for me. Thank you Pavel & Courtesy Auto-the name really does describe them & mean something.

The mechanics there are incredibly knowledgeable, and are always able and willing to explain things so you know your car is in good hands. I drive an older car, it doesn't matter, The technicians at Chets treat my old car like it's a Ferrari, and I always know they won't quit until it's running perfectly! I'm glad I did. Chet dealt with me personally. He was very kind, professional, spent time explaining the services to me, and was very reasonable about pricing.
