Worst service experience I have ever encountered in my life. DO NOT take your vehicle here to be repaired. Over the last few months, our truck went back 3 times for the same issue. On visit #3, truck sat for 2 months and they would not even give us a rental. Problems were never fixed. We were charged a lot of money just to pick up our vehicle with NO Repairs being done. We have filed a formal complaint with the attorney general in an effort to get our money back. Service manager has no business ethic.

Scheduled a 10:00 appointment for an oil change only on my 2021 Silverado. Checked in with the guy at the service desk and left him my keys. An hour and a half later I went up to find out why it was taking so long and they had just started on it. The guy got a little pissy with me when I told him I had an appointment at noon somewhere else and he told me that I should’ve let them know. I told him that they did not tell me about a recall repair they were doing, and I would not have authorized it because I did not have the time. Then he told me that the recall only takes .2 hours and I told him if that was the case and with the oil change, I should’ve been out of there by at least 10:45, no later than 11:00. He once again put the blame on me stating that I had not told him that I had anoth

The service department was good. I had them flush the transmission on my tahoe. The service advisor Jennifer was great. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the service and answered any questions I had.

Took my car in for a “manual transmission service” which is basically an oil change.z. They charged me the same price as an automatic flush and fill. They have no service code for a manual transmission so they just charged me whatever. I asked for the transmission component inspection sheet, no oil wipe, nothing, and they stopped responding to my emails. I also asked for my GM survey to be forwarded to me which have yet to send. I have no way to even be sure the oil was changed in my trans.

First time coming in and I have to say, some of the best customer service I've gotten. Matt, Brittny, and Laura were all SUPER friendly and helpful. It's a bit of a drive from West York, but I'll definitely be stopping in again.
