Bought my car here 2 years ago and it was an excellent experience. The staff was kind and the process was easy and quick. I have since been contacted by the service department about a recall on my vehicle and so by text, I scheduled an appointment a week out to bring my car in for service to leave over the weekend for service and pick up on Monday morning. My husband and I made arrangements with our work schedules to drop off my car. Upon arrival, the service staff was not friendly. They were not rude, but not one of them smiled or said good morning or how can I help you. They all looked mad. So upon dropping my car off, I told my husband, they were not friendly at all. Needless to say, I no more than get to work in Dallas and I am called to tell me that they do not have the recall

Mickey Takasaki the sales mgr was awesome !!!!!!.from the time i taked to him on the phone when I met him in person he was so profesional!!!!! No pressure, honest pricing and no bullshit! I made the deal over the phone and made it so much easier. By the time i got to the dealership all i had to do is sign the papers and go. There was even a SCRATCH on the bumper when I left the dealership and he took care of it w no questions asked!!! This was the best car buying experience I've had ever!!!! I will be reffering all my friends and when my wife is ready she will buy her next yukon from Mickey! Car buying the way it should be!!!!!

Great experience, extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. We were able to do most of the upfront stuff over text/emails then just had to show up for thr final steps. The employees love their product and it shows!
