I’m extremely frustrated by how this has been handled. I was told the brake pads and rotors were replaced to exceed manufacturer standards—now that’s being denied, and instead of resolving the issue, you’ve deflected to unrelated documents. I’ve also been blocked from your Facebook page, and you’ve only responded through my Google review. The odometer discrepancy adds to my concern, but the core issue remains: the brakes did not meet manufacturer standards, and that’s being ignored. They shouldn’t get corrosion to the point that they need to be replaced in 3 mths of ownership. The rear have been replaced and have no issues but front are corrosion to the point that jiffy lube took 30 minutes removing tire in order to replace the nail in tire.
