Parts rep was friendly, but didn't seem to know the process. 2 hours to program 2 key fobs. I will not be coming back. Don't schedule an appointment from 1230-1 even if they offer it; apparently all the technicians go on lunch during that time.

15 days after placing my order it still hasn't shipped. I have called three times and have been told the order would ship that day. Only one person is in charge of online orders and no one else is willing to help get an answer about the order or work towards a solution. Poor experience all around.

Don’t buy from this company! Poor customer service. No follow up, dishonest, and it appears to be overwhelmed. They cancel my online order for no reason and never told me until I called two weeks later for a status. They never return phone calls or emails. They also are dishonest. Buyer beware!

Bill in service was an awesome guy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and kept me updated on the status of my truck. I was impressed in how fast my truck was fixed and given back to me. I look forward to working with him more in the future.

get ready for at least a 45 min wait just to get some simple parts, keep in mind just one person in line ridiculous
