Service was excellent. Hayden did a great job explaining the service that needed to be done. He also suggested I use my GM rewards. to help offset the cost which was greatly appreciated. Always appreciate Gary and the Shuttle service.

I've been taking my Equinox in for oil changes here since we purchased it in 2018, and they have always taken about 45min-1 hour so I always wait in the lobby. This time, I was told it would be 90 minutes, but decided to wait anyway. At the 2 hour mark, I attempted to contact the service desk via text for an ETA (no one was manning the desk in the service bay). Another 20 minutes passed, when I again went out to the empty service bay desk to try to get an answer. Finally, someone wandered in who then went to fetch the appropriate person, and at the same time (original appointment was 2:45 and now was after 5 pm), While waiting for the correct service guy to show up, I finally got a text asking for approval of an engine front seal replacement, which was out of the question due to the late

Unlike what people think about dealerships, NW Chevrolet has been wonderful - they do the routine warranty work without trying to up-sell me, clearly let me know what is coming next, are friendly and knowledgeable without making me feel dumb.
