Friendly staff that helps. Car wouldn’t start and had to tow it in Monday night. After given a loaner and them working me in the schedule, by Wednesday I had my car back.

Service was very quick and efficient and I had asked for a tire rotation and they said the tires were even and didn't need to be rotated. I'm very satisfied.

We were at Gustman's for an oil change & tire rotation. It was nice to see so many employees.... Not only at the check-in but also the technicians. We were in & out in about an hour. Everyone is also very nice & personable while also being professional at Gustman's. In this day & age you don't always see that. We appreciate how things are run at Gustman's.

Our 2019 Chevrolet Equinox will be parked outside for a few days, and I was concerned about it starting if the weather is very cold. On Friday, December 20, 2024, I took it into the Gustman Service Department for a battery check. It was during lunchtime, but Greg was available and checked the battery. He thoroughly explained the test results and offered to do more testing, but I decided it would be a good idea to replace the original battery with a new one. Greg fit the car into his schedule for an 8:00 am appointment on Monday, December 23. When I got there about 7:45 am, he took the car, replaced the battery and checked the tires for winter weather. According to my online research, the price for the battery was what I expected. I am so grateful Greg was willing to do this during a holida
