I strongly advise against trusting Gordy Automotive with your vehicle. My experience has been a nightmare of unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and what I can only describe as discriminatory treatment. I had my vehicle (2002 Ford Explorer Sport) towed to their facility on December 10, 2025. I was told it would be looked at within two days. Instead, they held my vehicle for 37 days without performing a single diagnostic test or repair. During this month-long delay: * They promised multiple deadlines (Dec 12, then Jan 13) and missed every single one without calling me. * They ignored voicemails from both me and my partner for weeks. * When I finally went in person to get answers, I was brushed off with another false promise that they would "look at it tomorrow." As someone who travels frequently for work, my schedule is incredibly tight, and vehicle reliability is non-negotiable. I recently had a window of just 24 hours at home between trips when I needed a repair. I called Gordy Automotive in the morning, and by 5:00 PM, my vehicle was back on the road and ready for my next trip. This wasn't a one-time occurrence; they have consistently come through for me in similar situations. Beyond their efficiency, they are professional, affordable, and take the time to explain the work in a way that makes sense, even if you aren't a car expert. It is a relief knowing I have a mechanic I can actually rely on.

Spent over $1,100 for not a single issue to be fixed. Was told my car was fixed and I could pick it up. All 3 lights came back on my dash before leaving his driveway. His response was unless I give him more money he doesn't know what to tell me. Highly unprofessional. My car left me stranded with my family right after his "fix" and assuring me it was safe to drive my children in.

Had the exhaust repaired at Gordy’s after someone tried to steal the converter while parked out of town. Gordy was able to have the vehicle in and have everything welded in two different spots that were cut. Great service on my wife’s 2018 Volkswagen Atlas same day service was excellent.
