Chevrolet Service

I am always pleased with my experience at Crews Chevrolet. All of the staff treat you like you are a part of the family. While I have had great experiences with all of the Service Advisors, I am particularly pleased to have the opportunity to have Mr. Chris Raymond as the Service Advisor for my C8 Corvette.

I'm normally in line prior to your opening in the mornings, however this time I arrived closer to noon and was greeted by Jon with a smile and by my name! Debbie also came across from the full service side to the Express side to greet me. I was very impressed with the Technician's video inspection (by Scottie). This is a great feature added to your "customer service" platform.

We had a good experience this time. They took our car right in, was quick with service and offered a lounge to wait in. There were sodas, coffee, water and popcorn. Staff greeted us with smiles ☺️. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Took my truck in for a loud noise it was making on startup to get diagnosed and repaired. I was given the diagnosis and of the problem and cost of the repairs. I agreed to the repairs and had them fix the issues. However, when I went back to pick up the truck as soon as I started it up it was doing the exact thing that I brought it in for. I was told to bring it back and after checking it again they basically said I wouldn't worry about it because it has high mileage and is running well but the recommendation would be to replace the engine if it gets worse. I knew it was running fine before I took it there so It would have been nice to get that information before I spent almost $3k only to leave with the same problem I brought it in for.

Kami was an excellent advisor and very considerate and understanding to my time and vehicle needs. Even though I did not purchase my vehicle from Crews, their service department was welcoming and accommodating. They started working on my truck right away and it was available to be picked up later on that afternoon, which I greatly appreciate. I will most definitely return for any work or service when it is needed.
