Ziegler Chevrolet and Service Manager Rich were wonderful during the process. He and his team kept me informed and worked around my schedule for service loaners. My car was repaired and returned in great shape. GM parts distribution process was the only problem. Waiting 3 months for a part that is common for all GM 9 Speed transmissions seems like it is an issue GM should have worked out by now.

I've not been happy with this dealership, since I purchased a vehicle with them. From the sneaky tactics, they used to sell you a vehicle and add things you don't want. I could go on and on. One example, they offered me a prepaid maintenance plan which I did not want in the beginning because I do not even live near this dealership. It was for, 4 oil changes, tire rotation and safety inspections. At approximate intervals of 5000, 10000, 15000 and 20000 miles., and battery replaced if needed. Each time I had to drive all the way out there to get my oil changed. I would have to make sure that they have rotated the tires. I never saw any paperwork of the safety inspection weather that was ever done. Or whether any of my fluids were okay or filled? I can tell when my tires have been rotated.Bec

I came in to have service done to my 2024 Trax Chevrolet. I had an appointment for this service. I was greeted by Ervin in service department. He explained to me about the service of my vehicle and what was issue for check engine light to be on. I ran into some issues with my insurance company .Ervin was so helpful by checking on my vehicle while I deal with the insurance company. Before I knew it Mr.Ervin came with my keys to my car. I was so upset with the insurance company when Ervin showed up with those keys omg I could have just hug him. Ervin you are a very nice person and you did an awesome job. Came in for an oil change. It was an hour wait and I was able to get some work done while I waited. Friendly staff.

I brought my 2025 Chevy Trax in for its first oil change/maintenance check. Ervin Vega could not have been more helpful and kind. He explained what was going to be completed workwise, answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me my first oil change at no cost. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I accidently left an envelope with some papers in his office. He called me immediately to let me know and secured them in his office until I could pick them up. If I could give Ervin 10 stars, I would. He is amazing!
