I had the most excellent experience when needing brake work performed on my Chevy Trax in order for it to pass state inspection. Everything went so smoothly; from scheduling, to vehicle pickup and delivery. I was sent a video of my vehicle on the rack and a summary of the work done. An extra bonus was my car being returned cleaner than I have seen it in a long time. Communication was excellent. Jen Wolfe went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Thanks so much! Great service. Quick and hassle free. They actually looked into my extended warranty and covered my repair without me even having to ask them. Jen was awesome and surprised me by being so proactive and ensuring I got what I was entitled to under the Spitzer warranty.

St. Marys is always trustworthy and helpful. They do a good job quickly and have reasonable prices. Jen Wolfe made sure a coupon I had worked when it wasn't at first. She rescheduled my appointment when I hurt my shoulder and made sure they had the part so I didn't need extra trips. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Took my Equinox in for inspection, very friendly staff. They said it would take an hour and so I waited in the waiting room and it was exactly an hour! No problems and I got a good to go report! Mark Kresge did a great job.

Mark Kresge did a professional and thorough job to get my 2018 GMC SIERRA DENALI repaired, and to get me a loaner while repairs were being made. I would highly recommend taking your Chevrolet/GMC vehicle to Spitzer in St. Marys for repairs.
