They helped us out of a real bind after the brake line pulled out of the caliper on a back road. No one else was willing to come out and another company actually recommend twisted metal. Super friendly and helpful from the moment they answered the phone. They were unable to get a flat bed to our location, so they brought their jeep and tools and got us fixed up enough to get where we needed to go. When it came time to square up, it was more then apparent, this company puts helping people way above profits!! Even helping a complete stranger! Great people, great service, and great at what they do. Walter and the rest of our group thank you very much!

In the ditch on an icy Benzinger Road, they pulled me out with no damage to the car. Very professional in dealing with the situation. I do not wish to be stuck again, but if I was, I know who to call.

There I was, stuck in a parking lot in downtown St. Marys. My truck refused to start. I called the free emergency roadside service offered by my insurance company. The emergency roadside nincompoop told me, as he did not have a wrecker truck available, the only services he could render were a battery jump or a gallon or two of gasoline. He added it would take him an hour to get to me. Two hours later he shows up in his personal vehicle. He quickly determines my battery is still alive and then he pours two gallons of petrol into my truck but it still does not turn over. Next, he asks me for the seven dollars he spent for the gasoline. I wanted to bombard him with obscenities but I told him I would not compensate him and that he should be on his way rejoicing.
