Chevrolet Service

I had my 2023 equinox serviced for a CV Joint boot that was leaking. The service team took the car in and completed the repairs under warranty and the service was quick and done perfectly to my satisfaction. The people where very friendly and took care of everything Great service response

Since entering the dealership, I was met with nothing but courtesy, professionalism, and respect starting with a young lady Kaitlyn and ending with the finance manager Felix.I was taking care of when purchasing My new vehicle, will definitely do business in the future with them again highly recommend to friends and family five stars all the way.

I can't even rate the service itself, they didn't do anything. I made an appointment for Monday morning to have my Equinox looked at, I dropped off the car. And 3 days later nothing, no call, no call back nothing! I stopped by to find out that they never touched the car, they just parked it and left it. I am going to Brodheadsville Chevy now! Just plain lazy.

Great service took me in last min to get an oil change and whiled I was waiting the guys in parts was very friendly and helpful in looking up some accessories I wanted

Gray got me in and out for a tire problem...thank you However, as of May'21 they deteriorated and pedaled backward with service estimate overcharges. Sales Representive was NOT interested or helpful in locating a new vehicle, with fair trade-in value for my CTS. P.S. I purchased a new vehicle from another dealership and couldn't have had a more pleasurable, quick experience ever!
