The manager deceived me, telling me he could only put Mobil 1 oil in my car for a $30 up-charge over the $50 I already paid for the groupon. I checked with VW, and any appropriate viscosity full synthetic will work. It doesn't have to be Mobil 1. The other issue is that as I was driving home, I started to smell burnt oil. When I got home and popped the hood, I could see the top of the valve cover was covered with oil so much so that it was dripping off onto the exhaust manifold. When I called the shop, the first time, they hung up on me. The second time, it was clear the manager didn't want to talk to me, he left me on hold for over ten minutes. When he finally got on the phone, the only thing he would do was tell me to come back and they would clean up the oil. He said he didn't know who

Came here twice, they messed up my car and tried to upsell me both times. First time came in for an oil change and my car broke down on the way home because of their incompetence. The second time I came in for an oil change again, on a new car this time so this was the first oil change. I waited 20 minutes before they brought me in the back to tell me that the last person to work on it stripped the oil drain plug, but they were the first ones to ever work on it! On top of that they tried to get me to sign a receipt stating "I authorized everything they did and I was satisfied with their work" Ended up going to the dealer, they did it for cheaper and washed my car.

As a long-time customer who brings in three cars, I have decided that I will not be returning. I had placed my trust in this business for many years. However, after simply inquiring about the work performed on my vehicle, I discovered at home that even something as basic as filling the windshield fluid had been overlooked. It makes me wonder what else might have been neglected given the number of charges I've incurred.

Getting in the store, get oil change done. I was suggested to add more coolant as it was low and was ok with it. Pickup my car in few minutes and was told my coolant reservoir is leaking. I was taking off and stop to double check and freaking out : 1. They FILLED UP MY RESERVOIR ALL THE WAY THAT REACH THE CAP LEVEL 2. Leaking happened but IT WAS FROM THE WINDSHIELD WASHER TANK , NOT THE RESERVOIR!!! OMG I had to post postpon all of my meetings, client follow up , brought this car to another Mechanic shop and had them REDUCE COOLANT OUT AS IT WILL EXPLODE YOUR RESERVOIR IF U KEEP IT HIGH LEVEL ( Fluids will expand during the ride and explode your reservoir, cause u an overheated) ** Called n talk to the manager, all he said is " bring the car back they will drain certain fluid out????
