my husband was looking for a car for me with the best description I like no as expensive than other luxury cars we found Acura! my husband called and mr Karim Ali help him answer all the questions and mr Bill help us with the paperwork with a time wait of 3 hours.. I was ready to drive .. the dealer was very nice clean and my kids love the complementary snacks and hot cocoa .. thanks so much for how to make the wait more enjoyable ... I highly recommend this dealership.
0! Very bad customer service from that pre- owned showroom! That short salesman doesn’t care about the customer he just want to sale!!
Carlos Correa provided exceptional service. I had to replace my RDX after my previous vehicle was stolen, he took his time to listen and also answer my questions regarding the RDX and provided comparisons on the vehicles that were on the lot. The sales representative I worked with, Mr. Leroy Taylor, was fantastic! Mr. Taylor was very professional and showed me all the cars I was interested in. He printed all the car specs out and let me see all the differences between models and prices. The presentation of each car was extremely transparent. After talking with Leroy I knew exactly what I was going to buy and at what price. Then he introduced me to the manager: Mr. Robert Cumberland. After a short conversation, Mr. Cumberland gave me an offer way better than the original price. I told him I was going to visit other dealers before taking a decision and, without any pressure, he let me go. After visiting Ford, Hyundai, Honda and Mazda I figured that Mr. Cumberland gave me the best offer on the market at the first visit! I didn't h
Expect them to tack on $1.5k on bs additional fees (some fancy ceramic coating). If the coating has already been applied and they can't remove it or its cost, why not just include that in the listed retail price online? Just a classic way to lure you in with cheaper than actual price.
