I wish I could give this place zero stars. This is Probably the worst place I have ever bought a car from. Not only do they have unprofessional service- they sold me a car that had two flat tires and Scott tried to accuse me of slashing the tires out because it was just too “ironic” that both back tires were out when there while property is gravel so of course there is something bound to get caught in the tires.just when I thought that I just needed the tires fixed, I found out from a mechanic that they sold me a car with no stabilizer bar! So the whole back of my car was moving side to side while I drove and I had no control over my car. Then Abe had the audacity to tell me not having the stabilizer bar wasn’t a life or death situation when my car was swerving in and out lanes no matter h

They sold my son a car that was not safe to drive. Would not give the money back. Keeps giving him unsafe cars in exchange. So far he was given 6 cars that should not be sold. The last car the engine locked up. Plus he still doesn't have a title and it's been almost 5 months. They are unreliable and should not be in business.

I'd definitely recommend this place if you want to drive off the lot--same day. I've been riding past the Chicago Auto Exchange for a couple years now. And this dealership definitely puts it's best foot forward when it comes to drawing in customers. With that being said, I was pleased with the great selection of quality vehicles. And even more impressed with the low prices.

I went in looking at an Audi they had there for 4 grand! Guys says oh no something wrong with it. So he said how about this Malibu it was nice but he wanted 1500$ down but I already told him I only had 1300$ so he walks to the back of the lot and pulls up a 2008 Chevy Impala. It looks good. I get in drive around feels great! I ask him way is there error Messages on the Dash? Said Service traction control , Service anti-lock brakes , Service brake assist. He said bring it in next week we will fix it. Before the week was up I started hearing a pounding from the back left wheel! So I called them up guy think his name is Lloyd Sounded snotty told me to bring it in. Turns out the back left tire had a chunk of rubber missing out of it. They told me they put a new one on and it’s all good. O

I reached out on fb for this certain car. Not one time I was told it wasn’t running. Just to come check it out. I went up there to find out it needs a timing belt and the car was in bad condition. The gentlemen that worked was very nice and I felt he was honest to tell me half the cars there were not working and they were trying to fix them. I told the guy my situation and he said let’s get the paperwork going. Filled out the paperwork just for them not to contact me. I waited a week and called up to there to see why no one called me and they said they will call back and still nothing. Everything happens for a reason. Very unprofessional and the car probably would of broke down anyways.
