Chicago Mufflers

This is my second time at this place first time i was there it was all good but this time I talked to them on the phone before i went in and asked for a muffler delete and they said 90$ and in person too but then when they removed it they pulled out a paper and said it was 190$ honestly Im never going back here terrible customer service

On top of that, they took the time to check why a warning light was blinking on my dashboard and explained the issue clearly so I could follow up with my mechanic. Super fast, professional, and helpful. I’d definitely recommend them!
