I purchased a 2026 Ford Explorer Platinum from the Chillicothe Ford Dealership on Saturday. The dealership didn’t have what I wanted on the lot. Chris had to contact several other dealers in the area. He kept me informed at every step of the process. He was very professional and courteous. Made a spur of the moment decision to stop by Chillicothe Ford after reviewing their inventory online. Chris Tranthum was pretty busy but took the time to test drive the vehicle I was interested in with me. He provided information about other vehicles they had on the lot and was very helpful in assisting me make an informed decision on which car to buy. It wasn't the car I had initially stopped in to look at! It was a no hassle process, there were no extra fees for completing the transaction, and he saved me money by giving me other options.
