Owner and other mechanics were very helpful in explaining things for my nephew when we locked up his car.

This place is a joke and opposite of friendly. They just assume what you would want done and then expect you to be ok with the final bill. Was given a $200 quote and without being called before anything over that was done the final bill was $1500. Of course I was upset but the owner just assumed I was poor and just couldn’t pay the bill. Not professional at all !!!!

My husband went in their shop for an ID/OD.. These guys helped him right away and did not let him pay even a dollar for it! They said it was their good deed for the day. Can hardly believe there are still businesses that are in it for service rather than profit- truly the ones that we need to patronize and support! Good job Clayton and the guys at Friendly Tire and Lube- you are the best!

Not happy at all had them change out an ABS pump that I had to purchase myself offline and then I take it to the shop to have them change it out and they're $80 to $100 an hour reasonable price but they charge me $340 to change the part and bleed my brakes when I asked him about their hourly rate they are all talking about their $8,000 machine that they have back there and that they had two guys working on it it was in there for about an hour they should have charged me the hourly rate they already had the part I brought it to them they're overcharging people this is an absolute outrage I've been going there for years always thought they charged a little too much but now I know for sure that they rip people off
