Thank you to both Chilton Berkeley & Oakland for repairing my vehicle. Everyone in office was very kind and approachable. My dodge journey was well cared for and repaired thoughtfully. I appreciate the texts updates and even setting aside my lawn chairs I was able to pickup that I left in my vehicle. Everyone was pleasantly kind. Anthony, Suszie, John all staff. Thank you !

I brought my vehicle in for repairs. The staff was very friendly and told me the repairs would take about 3 days. They called me the next day letting me know it’s in paint and will be ready by end of day. A lot sooner than expected. I will definitely use them again.

This location won't work on Tesla vehicles, but their online scheduling system still lets you book an appointment for one at this location. Then you show up at the shop just to be sent elsewhere, wasting your time and theirs. They were nice enough, but not a great experience.

The staff here was super friendly. They helped us with pre-ordering parts for the repairs. And had the repair done sooner than expected. I’d recommend this shop to my friends and family. My dad’s car looks amazing.

Beware they were super nice at first then i got my estimate they spam call you at anytime of day and keep asking about if your taking the car in with them even after i told them i was waiting for my insurance to respond and i would let them know if i was taking it in and once they were aware i was not getting my car fixed by them they sent my insurance a different estimate being less then the one they sent me of course have emailed them about it and no response they sent me my estimate right away but then for what ever reason about a week or so after sent my insurance a different estimate definitely would not trust these guys be careful
