Chinto Auto Detailing

What a ripoff. I was quoted $250 for a full interior and exterior detail, headlight buff, and a color sand buff on a small part of the rear quarter panel. Picked up my card and needless to say what a waste of money. The interior was not vacuumed nor even wiped. No seat cleaning, no carpet shampoo, vents were not touched, seatbelt clips not touched. Nothing cleaned in the interior. Only the most obvious things addressed...basically no different than a regular $11.99 carwash. There was a small sticker residue on the window (1”x3”)...not touched. Seats were not moved to clean. Outside color sand done well despite all the compound left in the creases . Headlights came out good. Wax done decently but i need to take a microfiber cloth and go over all the unwiped wax and compound. Worker swears u

Went to get my truck detail. No harm right!! When I go to pick it up I’m livid. The truck is not cleaned like it was detailed!! Paid the dude after I had them go over it. When I’m on my way home I stop at the supermarket to grab something and I see a friend that I hoop with. He tells me he sees me at the carwash this morning. I told him, dude I was at home and the truck was getting detailed. You know I’m hot 🥵 as fire. Can you’ll say lawyer up!!

I'm a repeat customer. At drop off, I always walk around the car to point out the areas that need extra attention and explain my expectations. When I pick up, I will walk around the car to inspect and ask for an extra wipe here or there. They make sure you leave satisfied. Very reasonable pricing. Thank you, and see you again soon!

I spilled paint on the back seat of my truck. I did everything I could, which did not help much at all. Luckily my wife did some calling around while I was trying to clean it. She found a place that was willing to take me right away! It was late in the day around 17:30. We took the truck there right away and they got the paint out! Since I was there, I set an appointment, if I am going to pay money out anyway might as well do the whole detail. Next morning brought my filthy (had not cleaned it in months) truck to his shop at 07:45 and was called to pick it up at 16:30. There Full Detail is full indeed! Inside. Outside. Engine! I got my truck back basically brand new! If 100% is zero particles of dirt then it was 99%. The photos do not show how dirty it was, but the paint is real. ha!

Very quick and good work here. My 4Runner was pretty scratched up after a trip to the desert and not only did they get ALL the scratches out but also got ALL the oxidation off my hood/roof. I was referred here by a friend and man am I glad I came to these guys. I live about 45mins away from their shop off Reseda Blvd and it is %100 worth the drive.
