Chip Happens Windshield Repair

Got a nasty crack on our RV windscreen. Annoying and super costly. Called Derrick and he asked for photos and once sent we had an appointment the next day and we were still on the road driving home! Super easy to work with and really fun to watch his process and how glass is teased back into repair. Derrick was super open on his process, the steps, and how it all worked which was awesome to learn. The damage is nearly invisible and far far better than the nasty crack. Our intention was to just save the glass from the crack spreading. We got that, AND the crack being pretty much completely gone. Would HIGHLY recommend Derrick and Chip Happens. I know I have his number saved for next time!

I noticed this super late and had a trip planned to Houston so I needed it done ASAP. I reached out to my usual guy who didn’t have his tools with him unfortunately. He sent me to someone else who said it was in a spot that couldn’t be fixed and said I might need a replacement, but he then referred me to Derrick. He was quick to respond and came out the next morning. The work was quick and like NIGHT & DAY! ✨ My usual guy is older and doesn’t drive far anymore so I’ll most likely reach out to Derrick again for future repairs. Thank you, again Derrick! 🙏🏼

I texted this dude at 9am needing a really quick fix before bad weather made my rock chip spread. He texted back immediately, said he could drive to me by 10, and for $20 less than my usual guy he even guaranteed replacement if it went wrong. It was done so quick, the chip looks even smaller and he did such a good job. 10/10 definitely recommend.
