Communication was clear and efficient throughout the entire process. Found out about Chloe’s via mail coupon. Brought my Altima in for a diagnostic, these guys not only offered shuttle back home but picked me back up as well. Treated me like family is “the kind approach” and I believe in that approach. Trust and transparency. Stellar customer service, met the owner Brian. Tim the assistant manager helped me the whole way through the process, very understanding and accommodating. Great experience the whole way through from Brandon shuttling me to and from to Mr Kevin doing the work on my car. I will be taking my car here for future service/repairs and will recommend to friends and family

Very honest people and the customer service was outstanding! I had a brake concern and took it in expecting to pay for a brake job. Brian and Tim took very good care of me and provided a brake inspection. They actually informed me that my brakes were still good and had some life left. I have had a great experience both times that I have visited the shop and I plan to return. They are very thorough & pride themselves in explaining what’s going on with your car. As a woman, I am always cautious of being oversold but I’ve never had that feeling with them. Plus, they have a nice work station so I bring my laptop and get work done while I wait on them to finish with my car.
