Like many reviews, I found Philip at Klein Automotive Repair after a bad experience at a Chevy dealership in Tomball. I explained what I wanted to have done, and what I needed to have done, something the dealership could not understand, and instead treated me like I could not afford to fix my car. I asked for a quote so I knew what to expect prior to drop off, and got one, also knowing that things could drastically change once they look my car over, but they understood one thing, that I was the customer, and allowed me to make an informed decision. I got everything I wanted and needed for my car, and it runs as if it was new now, which was not expected but hoped for. After getting a crazy quote from the dealership I started looking elsewhere for services. This place was recommended to me and now I will forever be recommending people bring their cars here.
