Excellent customer service and took me in the same day, plugged my tire and completed the first tire rotation. Also only shop that I called that wasn't scared to work on my Cybertruck! Only one of few local shops that will work on Tesla's.

I called late on Thursday afternoon and I was able to get an appointment for Friday morning. They picked up my car while I was working which I thought was awesome. They ran diagnostic tests on it. They called me with a problem, solution and price. I gave them permission to fix it. They called me in the afternoon to tell me it was done. They picked me up from work and took me back to the shop to get my car and to pay the bill. Communication was easy and awesome. Pick up of the car and picking me up from work was a wonderful benefit. My car is running great! I would highly recommend them!

The staff is extremely friendly and the whole shop has many convenient features like after hour pick up. The technician really impressed me with his knowledge and level of care with aligning my vehicle. He showed me a minor mistake I made when installing a strut assembly and fixed it easily. I would whole heartedly recommend this repair facility. I will be using them in the future.

A work colleague highly recommended Choissir Automotive to me several months ago when I had my last car that was having various problems. I had since traded the car in and bought a newer one. It already needed rear brake pads and rotors after several months in thanks to the dealership who sold it to me without doing the proper routine maintenance on it before putting it on the lot. I made an appointment on August 13, 2025. The staff at Choissir Automotive couldn’t have been any friendlier, informative, and more professional. They had previously ordered the front brakes and rotors by mistake, but they quickly made it right and ordered the rear ones. Michael was especially very helpful. He had previously said that the rear brakes and rotors would be $20 more than what I had originally been q

This place will charge you highway robbery prices if you are not careful. I had a check engine light come on and had it looked at here. They charged me 72 dollars to check the light (same thing I had done free at auto zone) they also said they wanted to do further “diagnostic tests” for 650 dollars. I went and got a second opinion at Fikes Automotive, they checked the light and ran tests as a courtesy. 100% recommend going next door to Fikes automotive for mechanics that will give you honest and fair prices. Choisser will scam you right under your nose if you are not careful.
