Chris Coats Towing

I had to call a towing company early this morning. After calling three of them who said they were busy and couldn’t get to me for one hour, two hours and four hours, I called Chris's company. His will be the only one I call from this point on. He picked up my car from where I left it and brought it to Grande Tire. When I called him, it was not storming. When he loaded my car, it was horrendous, torrential rain and black out even though it was 8 o’clock in the morning. I apologized to him and he was so nice about it. He was a bit cheaper than the other places I called. It was certainly a bad morning, but he got to me quickly and got my car to a place where they could fix it. Thank you so much, Chris, for being there and for being professional!

Amazing!!! That is my review for this company and the gentleman that helped me. He was so helpful and thoughtful. I have never had a tow company that was as quick, polite, empathetic and all around amazing as Chris Coats Towing.

My car wouldn’t start and I had to call a tow service, the driver showed up very quickly, and was very friendly. He asked if my battery had died I told him I didn’t know, he checked and sure enough it was my battery he jump started my car and followed me to O’Reilly’s.

Amazing towing company!! Only towing company that I will use. Very nice gentleman, and very quick to show up!!! Very polite and respectful and very helpful. Amazing company!!!
