I am a gearhead and auto enthusiast. When I wrecked my brand new truck, only a few weeks old, I was so deeply disappointed, and honestly- I never imagined it would be 'quite' the same again. I'm a realist, and things have changed a lot in my lifetime... work ethic, customer service... doing the right thing... it just doesn't seem like we see much of that anymore. I went into this repair process with my eyes wide open, poised like a jungle cat, waiting for the first opportunity to jump at a misstep, a cut corner, or the inevitable load of BS that a dealership experience can bring. It never happened. The service experience was beyond expectation. I dropped my truck off on a Friday, they ordered parts on Monday, began the work on Tuesday, and end-to-end had my truck back to me in 14

Initially, I worked with Stephanie. Was given a quote for nearly $8000. Noticed tons of discrepancies while comparing the quote with the actual damages to the car. I'm not sure who it was, but someone from Campbell Collision told State Farm that the car was a total loss but would not provide to the requested documents that supported that claim. State Farm themselves told me that. After I notified State Farm of the quote discrepancies, I also informed them that the keys were locked inside the car until I came and unlocked it with the spare. I am still having trouble understanding how the quote was done without access to the engine. The car was there for over a week. A quick phone call to myself or my wife would've taken 30 seconds. I took my truck here to be repaired and it was an awful experience. It took over a week longer to be completed than I was told, and instead of giving me accurate information they ignored my calls until I called the front office and made them track down the information or person for me and was lied to that it was 'almost done' each time I managed to get someone on the phone. When we got it back the hail damage was gone, but found several other pieces of the truck missing (hood and window guard) as well as additional chips, scratches, and damage. This was after I was assured that the general manager himself reviewed the work and had it sent back several times to touch up more 'spots' he wasn't happy with. If I could give a 0 I really would not so much on the company but I believe when certain people work under a company they are suppose to represent that company to the fullest and respect the hard work that the company owner has put in to keep their customers happy. My first experience was with Chris when I came to get my 2018 Mercedes Benz fix. He was sympathetic, understanding , caring and took his job duties and responsibilities seriously. This second experience was the worst and when I say I’ll never do business with them again. I mean just that. When I heard Chris wasn’t there I was a little sad because you really don’t find people that treat you as if they are going through the same thing or treat you like family and with Chris he did above and beyond. This place was from start to finish was EXCEPTIONAL, OUTSTANDING & so informative. The girls at the service desk were so awesome! And, Stephanie, their insurance consultant was hands down one of the NICEST persons for that position. She knew her stuff and she kept me informed step by step of what they were doing to my vehicle. THANK goodness State Farm suggested that place as 1 of 3 autobody shops they use in my area. The 1st place I chose was Parker Restoration, because my car was a Cadillac I thought who better to repair my car. That guy was 1 of the RUDEST people that I have ever encountered.
