Chris Crain Service Department

This service department is criminal. First, the "repairs" they say they do are not done well or are not done at all. They do not stand behind their "work" and are very rude. They try to charge again for repairs that were not done in the first place. I recommend avoiding!

It was great to get my vehicle serviced.

This has, by far, been the worst service experience I have every had. My vehicle has been in the service department for 3 months now waiting on a warranty transmission replacement... The service advisor, Kym, has not provided a single update over the past 12 weeks and will only speak to me when I am standing in front of her. I have left numerous messages for a manager, to no avail. The customer service at this dealership is absolute garbage. They have a great inventory if you're looking to buy but save yourself the headache if you need any type of service and go elsewhere!
