chased a 2005 Grand Marquis from him recently and it only has 36k miles on it. The Marquis seems to run well and be in great shape and they have been very accomidating so far, the ac wasn't working and they promptly scheduled to have me come in and have it fixed,it's running great now!

BEYOND TERRIBLE. I rented from them. I needed to return my car 10 minutes later than I anticipated. I spoke to a gentleman with long hair who was willing to help and try and find a solution for me. Then some woman in a pink hoodie interrupted telling me “to go somewhere else.” Then when she recieved the same attitude back that she had given to me. She said to me “I’m gonna walk away before I throw you out of the store.” Horrendous customer service. How Customer service works is about accommodating people. Especially ones that have don’t have any other option. Will never use again

Chris is not a car salesman he’s a guy who sells cars! He was helpful,honest and gave me a great price on my mercury grand marquis ! It was worth the hour ride! Let me tell you a little story . Im a single mom of two and I needed a car and money was tight this pandemic hasn’t been nice to ALOT of us . However Chris Goodnow saved the day .
