Chris helped me, over the phone, to navigate this huge crisis. My transmission just went out completely, it was undrivable. He explained what needed to happen, I got the car towed to him, and it was all done in a week. Shifts better than it ever has now! I feel confident with his work and knowledge. I needed a reliable car for many reasons and I feel that he did a great job in giving that to me. Thank you Chris for taking all my annoying calls and questions. I am recommending this place for any transmission needs.

I came in with transmission concerns and paid for a diagnostic. Chris immediately pushed the idea of a full rebuild (around $6,000) without showing me any proof, photos, codes, or pressure tests. When I asked for evidence and said I wanted a second opinion, he became noticeably irritated and dismissive. Im not sure if its because I am a female that walked in by myself and he took that as vulnerability but I do my homework before walking into car disaster. I was respectful the whole time and yet he still tossed my card back onto the counter instead of handing it to me, and told me “good luck” very rudely. I’m not saying the shop is wrong about codes not being found but I am saying I'm not spending 6k because you have a hunch and I really dont even know him. His intentions seemed pressing an

While in the USA, our serpentine belt broke and we needed it fixed. Chris was so quick to help and also so accommodating and friendly. If you're in the area and need help, you can rely on this guy and his team. 100% recommend!!

This place is great! I would definitely recommend! I had a problem with my brand new transmission i dropped it off right before closing and with in a couple hours of them being open they where able to get it figured out and back to me quickly and everything is working great!

I had high hopes after reviewing their website. I called and described what my Honda Odyssey was doing and the guy quickly cut in, “You need a transmission”…Which then led to my next question which was how much would…again the guy was quick to answer…about $3,500. I sold the Van, disclosing it needed a transmission. My buyer texted, transmission was fine, Van needed a radiator. His scanner determined the trans fluid was boiling. My buyer fixed it for $75. If the shop guy hadn’t have diagnosed my van over the phone and been so certain it needed a transmission I wouldn’t have taken the loss. He should have suggested I bring it in.
