⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars All the Way! I had an absolutely amazing experience at Christensen Tire and Automotive on E Belt Line Rd in Richardson. From the very first phone call, I knew I was in great hands. Hailey at the front desk told me, “We can get your thermostat ordered, fixed, and back to you the same day,” and they delivered exactly that. The entire team was efficient, friendly, and incredibly professional. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, and the level of communication and care really stood out. It’s hard to find good, trustworthy independent car service these days, and Christensen is the real deal. I’ll be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on. Bought and installed 4 Kenda tyres, 10 months old only. One of the Tyre gone burst at 68 mph put my life at risk and ended ip damaged the rims also. I will make a formal complaint about the quality of tyres that they are selling and installing at premium price. The Tyre split tells me it could be an retreaded Tyre not a brand new tyres. I’ve been to plenty of auto repair shops in DFW over the past 15 years and this is by far one of, if not the best and most honest place you can take your vehicle. They did a great job on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler AND Today they got me in n out (like burgers) for my 2020 F150. Both were big jobs ($1500+) but it was peace of mind knowing I was in good hands. I had a screw in my tire and I was in a hurry. They got me taken care of quickly, for a great price, and they were very friendly! I would do business with them again!

They put on some new wide whitewall tires and and oil change. Everything was smooth and professional and looks good. I'll have to come back to get the balance weights put on the inside of the rim to run a different hubcap but that's my fault for not mentioning it before. I'll definitely use you guys again!
