If I could give 6 stars, I would! I had such a stress-free experience and really appreciated how above and beyond this team goes. I recently had my car in for what I thought may be a wheelbearing issue. The gentleman that helped me when I dropped off the vehicle was very clear in what to expect for how they would communicate with me. It turned out to be something different that a wheelbearing, so I really appreciated their honesty and not taking me for a run for my money. They explained, with level of safety risk, through a detailed report of their findings. I was able to pick and choose at my leisure what to get done -- no pressure sales tactics was wonderful! I scheduled an 8:00am drop-off for an alignment and was told they would get to it that morning and call me with an update before 1:00pm. After hearing nothing, I called at 1:30pm and was told there was one car on the rack and mine was next. I called again at 4:30pm, only to find out they had been waiting on a part for the alignment rack and a technician had been working on it for over two hours. They mentioned they were very busy with a lot of drop-offs, but I’m not sure why no one contacted me to let me know there were issues. Communication was very disappointing.

From the initial phone call to how easy it was to pay out and get my car was excellent! All points checked, amazing customer service, very down to earth, extremely sweet touch with the fall harvest Blessing bags and all handwritten letters from the kiddos, absolutely melted my heart. Thank you!

Christian Brothers care about their customers' needs. They go above and beyond, making sure that their customers are satisfied in every way.
