Me and my daughter stopped in for new headlights. Andrew was so sweet and put them in for us, at store close and in the dark! We didn't even ask, he offered! The level of service was amazing and we are so appreciative. Thank you again Andrew!!!

We went here to purchase wind shield wipers on a snowy day and not experienced with changing them. Erik was working and offered to help us put them on after another associate refused to help. We really appreciate him and want to know he is greatly appreciated! 👏👏👏

Tried to go exchange a serpentine belt under warranty and was then interrupted by some other random associate who happened to know it all saying it was oil that caused the wear and tear but instead of offering a way to resolve the issues I was having with my vehicle he rudely butted in by saying it wasn’t going to be covered under warranty then complained about said belt staining the counter? Unnecessary and rude behavior by the short angry mustached “professional”. First and last time I’ll be here and don’t recommend this store to anyone if that’s how they treat just anyone coming in without any questions or context to act like that. Thanks for the “help”

I wanted to take the time and thank Andrew at the Andover location, for his assistance! The other day I walked in and had a question about my car being stuck on Km instead of MPH's. I was struggling through the book in my car to figure this out but could not find the answer. After being greeted by Andrew, he immediately offered to go to my car and help. Thank you Andrew! You were so polite and helpful, and quick to offer assistance. (You probably saved me from getting a speeding ticket after driving all day without my ability to gauge my speed!)
