This location is fantastic. They really care about their work and their customers. We love Steve, he really shows you everything and documents everything about your vehicle even for an oil change. It makes us feel so much better about the life and health of our vehicles. We take both of ours to them. Their prices are extremely fair for the quality of work as well. We feel extremely comfortable bringing out SUV and truck to them and we know we will be well cared for. With how expensive cars are nowadays, we need to make them last and Christian Brothers is contributing to that. Seriously, go see them, you will not be disappointed!!!

My experience at Christian Brothers Automotive was great.The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was needed before moving forward. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond to provide excellent service and make the experience as smooth as possible. It’s not always easy to find an auto shop you can trust, but this team truly delivered. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable automotive service.

I had a great experience with CBA in Apex. Heidi was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through the process. Kelly assisted me with answers and offered me snacks/beverages. She kept me up on what was going on and how long the processes take. I didn't have time to ask questions because they were answering them before I could ask! Plus I witnessed every customer who came in after me. They were treated very respectfully and again explained all their options. The service technician rode with me in the car to also make sure that I was satisfied with the work they were doing. Best customer service I have ever had at a car shop. AND extremely clean!!!!

I usually change my oil myself, but because of a hand injury I decided to go to this shop — and that was a mistake. The next day I checked the oil level (the car was parked on a flat surface, not on an incline) and I was honestly shocked. Not only did they not insert the dipstick all the way, but they also overfilled the oil by a huge amount. I’ll attach a photo below this review. The level was all the way up to the bend of the dipstick — that’s way too much. I had to pump the excess oil out from the top because draining it from the bottom is more difficult, especially with my hand injury. I’m never coming back to this place. I’ve already told all my friends about this. I strongly do NOT recommend this shop.

Very pleased with my experience. I had been to a Christian Brothers in another state and had a very positive experience, so I figured I would try one in the Raleigh area. My first experience was just average. I dropped my vehicle off and it took the majority of the day for them to get to it for an oil change and alignment. When I got the vehicle back, the alignment was mostly fixed, but I still noticed some slight issues with it. I called them back and we scheduled another appointment a few days later. I brought it back in today and they made additional adjustments at no charge within an hour. The alignment is perfect now.
