It was supper easy to make an appointment online. Everyone I interacted with at Christian Brothers was friendly and professional. My wife and I had both taken cars to CB in the Atlanta area and we were always happy so we were thrilled to find a CB location not far from our new home in South Carolina. We both highly recommend CB to anyone looking to get expert service for their vehicles.

Very disappointed with how Shawn at Christian Brothers Automotive spoke to me. When I called to ask a few questions about the quote for my car, he was very condescending and had a lot of attitude whenever I tried to clarify something. The moment my dad got on the phone, his tone completely changed and he became much more respectful. Customers shouldn’t be talked down to just for asking questions. Pretty shocking since I took my car there once before. Not coming back there.

They were really thorough with my vehicle. I took it in because some garage told me it was a cam nut issue but refused to tell me how much it would cost to fix it. I went to Christian Brothers and they did a complete diagnostic of my vehicle and found the problem. They also fixed my windshield wipers and did an oil change. Their prices were reasonable. Even though I need tires, they were honest enough to tell me that they were too expensive. They gave me a printout with everything that I needed fixed or was due for maintenance, with prices. I will definitely be getting everything done there.

I went in for an oil change and overall inspection and left with a smile on my face. Incredibly professional. Kindness and service are high standards at this shop. No pressure for any additional service and they were honest and upfront with what my car needed. I'll definitely be back.
