Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I liked being able to relax in my car my service was being done. I was asking questions just to learn and they were very nice enough to take time to answer them. I didn't feel like they were pushing a service on me to just make a sale. The service was fast quick. My time felt valued!

Highly satisfied and appreciate the courteous professionalism from everyone today at Valvoline Instant Oil Change in CLEMSON SC today. The MOD, Donte, was extremely helpful and fully explained all that was done to my vehicle. I needed windshield wipers replaced badly and it was raining, but to prevent holding up any other customers by sitting in the oil change bay, he guided.me out and changed the wipers in the rain, asked me to test them once installed and it was a night and day difference. Also very much appreciate the efforts of staff on duty today - Thomas, Tucker and Jonathan. I will be back next time when my odometer will officially cross the 300k mile mark! Thanks!!

I get all 3 of my vehicles serviced here and just found out they fired the only manager I trusted to touch my cars. I have been to so many places that did me wrong one way or another. I find one person that I trust and know that takes pride in their work, and I have to hear from the workers that he was let go due to not making them enough money. Well for one, yall do charge too much. The cabin air filters are way over priced and the engine air filters is the same. Price them at the parts store! I went because i paid for HIS services and i knew he would over see every detail, and that it was done correctly. Shame on yall!!! I will not bring any of my business to you again and that goes for my friends and family. You’re losing more money by losing him. Greedy company!!!

The crew is very friendly and also thorough. They did a great job and covered all of the checklist relatively quickly. This team seemed to really work well and efficiently together. Great job.
