My overall experience was great the person who organized my repair was friendly and explained every aspect about what was being done and why. Unfortunately I am not native to the area so I can not comment on their prices. If I had more time maybe id get a second opinion however that is not to say the job was price too high as I do not know. Their courtesy did go a long way dor me and made me feel more comfortable with the work being done which help ease the pain a bit.

I was able to have my vehicle serviced the same day without a prior appointment. Michael provided excellent support as my advisor and kept me updated throughout the process. This is an outstanding team.

I've taken 2 different vehicles to Christian Brothers recently, one was a classic car. When no body else was able to help us with the classic car, they did! CB knocked it out of the park! Their prices are less than the dealership, and the wait is much shorter as well! We'll be back, for sure!!! I approached CBA to install a two-piece skid plate on a Ford 150, which I provided. The tech confirmed the scope of work and cost. The work was completed the same day without complications.

Randy was the advisor helping me through my car problems, was willing to listen to the whole story and give ideas on how best to move forward. He was super friendly and worked really hard on getting my warranty company to help cover some of the cost to get a new transmission. Called giving updates frequently, was honestly one of the best experiences I have had working with a mechanic shop. I would highly recommend them for any issues you are having.
