I recently brought my 2012 Toyota Camry to Christian Brothers Automotive for several services, including an oil change, spark plugs, transmission fluid drain and refill, engine air filter, and cabin air filter replacement. I received a detailed estimate in the morning, and they kept me updated throughout the day with text notifications when parts were ordered, when they arrived, and when the work was completed. Went over the results from the diagnostics. Discussed what was needed and what was optional. Fixed everything we agreed on with no hidden add-ons. The car was in and out in 2 days. Customer service was very polite and professional. Will definitely using them for any future vehicle issues. Highly recommend the shop in Goodyear.

Excellent, fast, upfront service. Very skilled, and knowledgeable. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. I gave 4 stars out of five because during their courtesy inspection (which was immensely helpful), there was a slight underlying note to upsell on a few services. A specific recommendation to perform an oil change because there wasn't and oil change sticker, but that car has an oil life tracker built in (as most new cars do) and I personally track the frequency of my oil changes. However, the inspection did catch bad CV boots that can lead to premature wear. Overall excellent shop and technicians, I highly recommend.

A top notch auto shop. First impression: the shop and showroom are clean. I feel when everything is clean coming in they will take care of your vehicle. Counter personnel were polite and efficient. It seemed like these guys really cared about you. I will recommend them to anyone that has auto service needs.

Christian? I know I am. However I could have guessed their name was based on Faith. It’s alway those that claim they are Christians but don’t treat people fairly and with decency. Their employee QUOTED a fee. They ended up charging more than double. Now they will say they explained it before doing any work, which is true. However the person at the front desk should have used wording such as approximately or around that figure, a guesstimate, etc. You don’t provide a quote and not stand behind the number and also not explain in detail that it could cost more. That’s the whole point of keeping our car there and using their services. But that’s the plan because you’re already there and figure why not get the work done- thinking it’s a hassle to leave and go somewhere else. This was the clas
