We always have a great experience at Christian Brothers when we bring our vehicles in. It starts with the phone call and throughout the whole process. We live how the team does a full inspection with an oil change and how they keep you aware of the process while it’s happening.

I had never used these guys before. I had read at one time they were a bit on the expensive side, but based off the estimate I got, I don’t think they are charging extra premium prices for their services. I decided not to get the work done, just because of the cost and the age of the car, but their estimate was in-line with what I found at other places when I made calls. Also, they are very, very thorough with their inspection and up front and honest with their assessment. Also, they asked me if I needed a ride somewhere when I dropped my car off! Who does that?! I was impressed with Jason and the mechanic who performed the inspection. I do believe that I will be using them for service on my other vehicles next time I am in need, which I hope won’t be anytime soon LOL.

I was treated warmly and respectfully. My repair took longer than expected, but the reason was explained, and I was given a shuttle ride home to wait, and back to pickup my car. Everyone was very professional.
