Emission process went smooth. At the end, he told me it’s all good so I was closing my door and thanked him. He loudly says YOU SAY THANK YOU. I was trying to explain that I did just say thank you when he cuts me off and repeats that 2-3 more times. Super weird. Would never go back.

Who knew that getting your emissions inspected would ever be so quick and easy. Plus the inspecter was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him. It's so refreshing to get such wonderful customer service!

I love Grayson emissions. I go there every year to get all of our vehicles done. The gentleman that runs it makes you feel like family, he’s quick and efficient. Five stars for sure on Customer Service. I will be back again next year.

Excellent experience at this emissions testing facility. The Jamaican technician was incredibly friendly, efficient, and personable—made the whole process smooth and quick. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and treats customers with respect. There are different attendants here, but I’ll definitely be back when he’s working. Highly recommend if you want fast, professional service with a personal touch.
