Pleased that Christian Brothers was able to fix my 2002 Mercedes E320 and get me back on the road. Dylan and staff kept me well informed of the progress in evaluating and repairing my car, including the arrival of spare parts. Much appreciation for Chris the mechanic who restored my vehicle and tidied up a few loose ends and mistakes left by the repair shop that had my car previously. Chris also took the time to show me a problem with the hood release cable. Only complaint was that he did not keep the old parts that were replaced per my request with Dylan. It was a pleasure dealing with the personnel at this Christian Brothers location, and I look forward to doing business with you again.

Christian Brothers Automotives I can't say enough wonderful things about their hospitality, from the caring management the kind-hearted advisors to the behind the scenes technicians. They all work so diligently and on one accord to get our vehicles back in excellent working order. This company goes above & beyond exceeding my expectations every visit. They provide full details with photos/video of the services performed and recommended. The advisors make sure you are aware of the process of your vehicle by providing updates and keeping you informed on the status. They are reasonably priced. They provide courtesy shuttle service if needed. The drivers are kind as well. The level of kindness and care shown here truly sets this place apart. Even though they did not know me personally, they made me feel like a priority and went above and beyond to show they care. The service was easily 10/10. Ashley and I believe the name was Taylor, were incredible communicators and made sure I was fully taken care of every step of the way. I wouldn’t bother going anywhere else! 🩷

I called them to check out my truck for some concerns. Brought it to them, I was blown away by the level of service. I wasn’t expecting them to inspect the whole truck and give me all issues or possible issues. Including videos and photos. Everyone is so friendly, nice and knowledgeable. I will be an on go customer just from this one time visit.

From making the appointment over the phone to walking into the appointment, the customer service was amazing. Even the employees that weren’t helping me were being nice and courteous. As someone with social anxiety, it was great not to have any anxiety in there. They made sure my kid and I were comfortable. They offered drinks, snacks, and even a coloring book for my kid. The atmosphere was perfect. The service was fast and the gentleman kept me updated. I got a text with everything that needed maintenance soon. Also, the gentleman checking me out explained everything to me. Definitely will be back.
