FURTHER UPDATE: so they offered to reset the service engine light And clean the engine from the oil spill the mechanic created when they left the lid off. They brought the car back and there’s obvious oil stains still underneath the hood and around the spill area. I am going to acknowledge that the management team is very nice and cordial, but their mechanics and whoever is supervising quality seriously need some upgrades. UPDATE: unbelievable long story, short, took my car back for a complementary oil change (to compensate for their first mistake). After one hour waiting, was told they could not perform change because oil pan plug was stripped. I went home, hoping to find more cost effective alternative than what they gave me. I took my 2017 Chevy Colorado to have the transmission fluid and filter changed. The service advisor was very professional and explained everything, the owner was not only present but was hands on as well so that told me this business is very reputable. The price for the service performed was fair. I like that in the text messages I got the results and pictures and videos of the complimentary inspection they did. Everything was detailed in the inspection and you could click to have that work done or choose not to have that work done. This also allowed me to do an e-signature for the work done. My truck was done the same day and they even offered to shuttle me with their company truck. I will definitely be returning to give them more of my business. I had an accident experience with Christian Brothers Auto repair in Lakeland. The team is professional honest and incredibly thorough. They diagnosed the issue quickly explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Their pricing is fair communication is great and customer service top-notch .

Office staff is wonderful. But that's it. They don't seem to put much care into reg folk cars. They focus on their contract vehicles. Considering that they are on the more expensive side of vehicle repair, we expected great quality. Very disappointed and service is SLOW...we won't be back. I will not edit or respond to any staff asking me to change my review. These doctored up reviews are what fooled me into walking through your door as far as I'm concerned. Locals don't recommend this shop for a reason. Lesson learned.
