Each of these employees from the bottom to the top are professional and compassionate toward their customers and are extremely kind. They are honest. I appreciate each of them going above and beyond to repair my car. They treated me with respect and professionalism. The manager Even drove out of his way to come and retrieve me from my cancer treatment at Carti while their shop was working on my vehicle. You can trust them to do the tight thing. Their office and facility is detailed and clean. They care and it shows.They get the job done right and they do not give excuses here. My car drives so much better.They are the best. My experience with Christian Brothers was nothing short of Amazing! The gentleman at the front counter was so kind and courteous. He offered refreshments at least twice before the Manager, Mike Allen, met me. He also offered refreshments. Mike went above and beyond ensuring I was a happy customer. The communication far exceeded my expectations. I received multiple updates letting me know where they were at on serving the vehicle. That is so nice considering it's usual the opposite. Customers are generally having to contact the shop for answers. The service tech was wonderful and I've had no problems with the repairs. I would recommend this business without reservation.

I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive in Maumelle! I have utilized their services for years and have been very satisfied. Most recently, they kindly rescued me after my battery died at a gas pump. I was blocking cars on a very busy day and I didn't have anyone to call for help. Then I thought of Christian Brothers and, even though they were very busy, Mike came over very quickly, jumped the battery, and I followed him back to the shop. After an assessment, it did turn out I needed a new battery so they popped that in and I was quickly on my way! I can tell you I felt very lucky to have them nearby!

Quick and expert service. It was an excellent experience from setting the appointment to picking up my vehicle. They are accommodating and share all details with me throughout the process. I will be going back for all my future vehicle maintenance.

Paid over $7,000 to work on my cooling system in a 2018 740i. About 10 months later a hose broke. So I called and let them know which one.They said they had to have the car to see it to determine if it was covered under what they had previously done. Had them tow the vehicle to their shop. They said they did not replace that one hose, so not covered. For diagnosing the hose "that I had already told them about", and towing to shop would be just under $700. If they fix it, it would be over $1,500. So I had it towed back home and fixed it myself. Towing and hose $300. Them christian brothers charged me over $300 just for Towing, saying they just passed on the price they were charged. And over $300 for letting me know that the hose that I saw busted and told them about was indeed busted. I us
