Victoria Tire Shop

I wish I could give zero stars! This shop sold my son a dry rotted tire that didn’t even last 5 hours. On top of that they refused to make it right! They also took advantage of my son and charged him $85.00 for the tire and put the wrong sized tire as well. On top of buying a brand new tire, we also had to pay for a tow in which my son was damn near ran over by an 18 wheeler as a result! To say I’m disappointed in this company is an understatement!

Today I had a bolt go through my brand new tire. I barely made it to a gas station and called Victoria Tire. They came to put the donut on then said they would fix my tire. I get to their business and they couldn’t fix the tire so I bought one to get me home. I got 20 minutes down the road when I started losing tire pressure. I made it to a discount tire and they said the new tire had a hole they couldn't repair. I ended up purchasing a brand new tire elsewhere and was told I likely was given a bad tire. Use caution when using this business.

RV tire problems on our annual duck hunting trip…the team at Victoria’s repaired our multiple issues and got us back on the road! Jumped right on it and charged a very fair price. Thanks!!

I was traveling California to Connecticut and they saved me a lot of money by recognizing one small situation under my rv. For a $300 repair they saved me over $3,000. Had they not noticed it I would have probably rolled off the highway and may not have even lived through what could have been a terrible accident. Genius work, very observant and noticed the situation immediately. That experience and knowledge is worth posting about. I would highly recommend this tire shop. I went yesterday and they fixed my car, my tire burst on the free way and I went and in less than 20 minutes they fixed my car, put new brakes and aligned it, all at an excellent price and great work environment, I have been living in Little Rock for 25 years and I had never found this place, it has just become my favorite place 1000/10
