I had utilized their services on several occasions and had been quite satisfied until last month. During a routine engine oil change, I was advised to replace the spark plugs, a decision I now regret having made at this particular establishment. Approximately three weeks later, the engine began to shake. Upon returning the vehicle to them, I was advised to consider selling the car, as the estimated repair cost would exceed $6000. This marks an unfortunate conclusion to my experience with them.
