The staff are friendly and seem quite knowledgeable. The first time I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, several additional service issues were noticed during the inspection. I found it quite refreshing that there was no pushy attempt to up-sell nor any nightmare inducing scenario offered as to what would happen if the issues were not addressed right then and there. In place of the aggressive sales tactics I have encountered elsewhere, were more matter-of-fact explanations, realistic time lines and advice on what to look out for to avoid one of those scenarios. Since then it has been my goto place for routine maintenance.

Was easy for making an appointment. All the staff was very knowledgeable. The waiting area was very clean and did not smell like a mechanics shop. There are drinks and snacks for while you wait. They did not try to over sell or try to find random other stuff wrong with my vehicle. I definitely would recommend.

Been to the Mangano Lane location several times and have been happy with the service and price each time. First thing that jumps out is that the front desk staff are professional and easy to talk to. In my experience this alone is not common when dealing with a mechanic shop. Highly recommend!

First time coming to a Christian Brothers for service, they made it very easy to schedule my appointment and found a time that worked for me. Service was smooth and nailed the timeframe I was told that it takes, as well as I got a full report about some things wrong that I didn’t know about. My technicians Sam and Jordan both were very knowledgeable on my Nissan and although I didn’t get any repairs done other than my oil change I will definitely be back to get my car fixed!
